Steve Jobs, noted to be among the most successful men in his field at his age, was considered to be one of the icons of the computer industry. His presence in the industry provided his company, Apple, that one great chance to lead with innovation, sales and market effect. Considerably, men like Steve Jobs go for what is new and are not afraid to try on risky conditions of operation so long as they know they are able to get the best from the rest at the end of the course. Finding the best way to serve the market that his company is trying to target, Jobs was able to get the attention of the people simply by creating something that would personally appeal to him. He made his innovations complex yet easy to handle even for novice gadget users. This is the reason why products such as the iPod, iPhone and iPad immediately took the attention of generations of all ages making Apple the leader in the production of the said gadgets. As for Macintosh, Jobs was not afraid to try on something new. Although the first attempts were not as successful, Jobs never hesitated to keep on trying until he finally gets to create something that would appeal to his taste and that of the clients he wanted to share his product with.

True to its sense, Jobs utilized the very principles of change and innovation in the manner by which he worked on most of his projects. Searching for something new and never stopping on particular failures he committed during his first attempts, he successfully designed programs and featured gadgets that other companies are trying to perfect at present. What was best about Jobs’ character was that he was a learner. His capacity to get what he wants through his work was basically because he never stopped learning. His willingness to explore endless possibilities that could perfect his design and his programs made it possible for innovative communication gadgets to exist today.
