An adroit manager should have outstanding leadership skills. These include the ability of the leadership to co-ordinate well with the employees as well as trained staff among others. With the above, it will be easier for the office to coordinate effectively with tactical and strategic stages of the organization. Strategic planning ensures an organization accomplishes its mission and vision in stages. Here, a quality office does not only usher gathered information after critical analysis, but also critically identifies issues facing the same organization. It is pertinent that the office works hand in hand with both tactical and strategy level of an organization since the two usually agrees at a point.

Some of the examples of operations that the office ushers to the two levels of management in an organization are mainly transaction-processing systems, and information systems. Essentially, information systems comprise of decision support, and management information as well as support systems. On the other hand, transaction systems concern payroll, compensation, and order tracking. In addition, there are other relevant systems that cannot be ignored, for instance, the electronic calendars, document imaging, and managerial work systems. Research and development is a process that if not well analyzed, has several problems in place. To be precise, the most common problems is the level of output, spillover effects and lastly the econometric issues.

Output Measure

The core problems in research and development are the measure of its contribution to the economy. In most cases, the act takes place in the industry and so the measure of the product is severely affected. Here, the output measure is carried out by different elements. For instance, equipment expenditures and the man- days are primarily measured in space exploration, unlike the direct customer sales such as the calculators where the measure of output is as a measure of the statistical agencies and market structure.

Spill Over

This entails the purchase from other industry but in its intensive. Here, the purchase price is always less as compared to the full amount required for the real purchase. Primarily, this does not originally concern the pure knowledge on the same but the measure of equipments’ capital.

Econometric Problems

Despite the discussed problems, again other econometric problems affect research and development. Notably, the known econometric problems are the simultaneity and the multicollinearity. Multillinearity is the in-tacked movement of the known series over a period. That being the case, it is somehow difficult to measure correctly their actual and private contribution. This real problem directly or indirectly affects the research and development in any organization. It is essential for the management to eradicate the above research and development problems in order to enhance the smooth operations of the organization.

With the advanced technology in place, there is the need for any organization to put into consideration the software that favors the company’s policy. According to the software development, all the possible analysis undergoes thorough analysis to avoid the uncertainty. Here, are the ten steps that are in place to facilitate useful software. Lines of the code are done almost 400 times for optimal effectiveness.

Moreover, there is an inspection rate of 300 to 500 in minimal. This rate of inspection is essential since it assures optimal results. In addition, recommended time for the review is 60 to 90 minutes for proper review. Before the conclusion of the review is done above the rate of 100 Loc/hour. Annotation of the sources code is done before the reviews commences. Research has it that the authors are capable to eliminate several defects before the review process begins. However, the process “metric capture”   quantifiable improve the goals of the codes.

In addition, the checklist is necessary since it improves results for both viewer and authors. It is essential to verify if all the defects are properly fixed. Another unforgettable step is the manager stage, where all the managers are required to foster an ethical culture review code for viewing the defects in a positive manner. Big brother effect, here, some unique support tools are used for top view developers coding, therefore, view tool interaction with the developers is mandatory. Lastly, ego effect terminates the ten steps, here, it is vital to do some code review despite the time limit you have. In conclusion, in this technology arena, it is crucial for any organization to emphasize on the quality. The use of relevant software is important to achieve the desired quality.
