As for the clauses that define the County Health Department Budget presented between April’s complete report, it could be analyzed that the repair maintenance and the service and maintenance contract budget allotments are close enough to each other however it is seen that the latter is higher than the former. It is more effective that the actual repair and maintenance budget allotment be higher than that of the expenditures for the closing of the contracts. Undeniably, the course of assumed integrity of the health department’s capability to handle its responsibility to the society will depend on the integrity of its facilities. Consistently, the level of integrity that the facilities of the health department have would allow them to serve the society in a better position.

Besides this particularly small indication of irregularity in the budget, it is quite surprising that the available budget is way lower than that of the assumed approved budget for the health department. This then questions the capability of the available budget to support what is needed by the department without compromising the quality of the specific requirements that the health department needs to be able to serve the society well. While the operation of the health department needs to be in constant response to the needs of the public, it should also be considered that the department ought to come up with certain adjustments to make sure that the resources available would fit the expectations they have on themselves and the results they hope to garner for the ones they hope to give attention to in the public. Adjusting in this aspect of the financial allotment of resources for every particular operation of the department is very crucial in establishing a particular reputation for the organization.
