Suppliers & Maintenance of Operations
An emergency list has been prepared and will be diverted to our back up site at Forth Street. F. Sloan will look after security and D. Watts (Chief Procurement Officer) will co-ordinate distribution of supplies and Air drops in the event of widespread disaster.
In the event that the Back up site cannot cope – Arrangements have been made to move patients to alternate Hospitals located in Eugene.

Evacuation Plan: Earthquake Procedure (yes pakistan.com, 2005)
- Proceed in an orderly manner to the nearest Exit point. Do not panic. Walk out as quickly as possible
- Stay away from Windows or potential falling objects
- If too far from an exit or strong tremors seek shelter under a desk or safe area where you will be protected from falling debris
- If you manage to exit the building proceed to the marked safe shelter areas.
- Ensure you give your name and employee id to the Shelter Manager

Evacuation Plan Shelter System (Centre for Disease Control & Prevention, 2003)
- Remain in the shelter until the Administrator states it is safe to evacuate
- There may be an initial delay in consideration of after shocks
- The shelter has been provided with food, water, emergency lighting and first aid
- At all times follow the instructions of the shelter administrator
- Remain calm, help others where possible and follow instructions
- Never go back to the building once it has been evacuated
