The team has made all its efforts to ensure that the website developed for Wythenshawe farm house does meet the requirement of the community, is futuristic in nature and contents, easily accessible and navigable by its users and help to promote the farm house for its products and services. For this purpose they used agile project management approach which is the best approach that they are going to use because it is very lightweight process. It has several benefits to the unleash approaches for achieving real productivity (Zanjirchi,et al, 2011). Agile approach cost relatively little for organization to start or stop using. Using agile process is able to deliver both initial returns and ongoing benefits to the organization.

The collect data from different farm websites to see the common functionalities and featured. Team created a website successfully. Clients need was satisfied in a professional manner and they were happy. ‘Wall’ between clients and team was minimized. The communication and collaboration was increased between them. Several different tools and strategies were utilized to complete this project. Team used Timeboxes with MoSCoW tool for prioritization according to importance (Vinod, et. al, 2010).

Due to the fact that team members were located at different locations, if they needed to meet face to face to make important decisions. They decided to use Web 2.0, a mixture of several social Medias. They started using Skype, and online conference facility. To keep clients users happy, they team has used several processes for ensuring quality related to functionality of the website through the questionnaire. Overall, client is very satisfied (Omar, et. al, 2011).

The team learned many skills from working as a group and reach their goal successfully. They learned how to meet with clients professionally. Their communication skills, efficiency, and prioritizing their work load successfully had increased. The team would continue to extend its services to the farm house on volunteer basis to look after the website and resolve any technical or operational issues that may come up within one year of its hoisting.
