Literature Review

Since every student is different from another, students are given different guidelines and instructions. They learn many options for understanding of information and creating different ideas. This method of teaching where teachers use differentiated instructions is based on the principle that must be adapted and can vary according to the individual and different students when approaching these instructions.

This method where students are given differentiated instructions will require flexibility to a teacher when approaching to these teaching and change the syllabus and also how they present their ideas to the students (Joan, p60). Teachers should not expect the students to adapt their new curriculum rather they should help their students in modifying this. According to the teachers, giving the students differentiated instructions helps them in learning and becoming more experienced in classroom. By experiencing this, it helps different students in becoming more successful to their work especially in classroom.

This instruction is compilation of many practices relating with the successful teaching and it helps the students to achieve what is best for them. Students become successful when they are taught in ways that they are able to respond willingly through their interests. When students meet their satisfaction and not motivated, they are bale to learn and succeed.

Students will learn well when they are challenged moderately thus they should be taught according to their understanding that is the range should be between what is simple and what is hard to achieve (Sheryn,p100). This differentiation helps the students in bridging what they already know and what they are supposed to learn in progressing. When differentiating instructions, it helps teachers in recognizing the background of the students. It helps them to recognize what the students prefer when learning, their interests and helps them to know their responsibilities when learning.

When teaching, it requires flexibility thus allowing students to have more sense when making of various strategies. In preparing the students for democracy they  requires differentiated instructions as this helps them to be more responsible in their learning. When given instructions that are relevant, learning to the students becomes simpler.

Students are basically motivated when given choices and then they change their brain when challenged physically (Deborah, p30). Differentiation will require developing of a community and they validate and recognize the strengths and the experiences of every student and allow them combine knowledge into their own view and individual background. All the students means a success in school whether gifted or not thus achievement of those students who are gifted result to one system of learning that fits every student as they take the simpler way out very early.

It helps student to learn the basic knowledge where appropriate and become deeper in understanding of what is to be learned. Learning environment aim to creating a learning environment which encourages them to participate to the greatest possible including risking and creating their knowledge   in what they perceive to be right.
