Impediments to Basing Government Health Policies, Coursework Example

Coursework

In America, instead of being just an institution, healthcare becomes the primary element that boosts both political and commercial goals of the country. Considerably, people have become more and more convinced that healthcare is a necessity, but the price to pay to get good healthcare assistance from the government is not that cheap. Instead of being cheap, most of the healthcare operations in the country require high price for payment due to the system that each element making up healthcare passes through (535). In a way, this implicates that the scientific findings that are released for approval gets attention based on the value they impose on both politics and social commerce.

In the aspect of politics, there are instances when the people in authority mandate the control of the ways by healthcare policies are imposed, not only for the sake of serving the public, but for the sake of gaining profit for themselves as well. It is through this process that politicians are able to direct their power towards creating possible sources of national profit. In the same manner, the power of politicians over the healthcare market also affect the commercial capacity of the national market to gain more from the market they hope to attract (544). In a way, Michael Greenberg’s argument is valid enough to impose that modern systems occurring in the United States provide a distinct course of development on how collaborative politics is used to direct public entities in order to help private entities to earn and gain as much from the system hence making a distinct mark on how the whole system operates accordingly. To note, Greenberg adds that when it comes to mass media, the public gets much more of the information needed about public health which usually increases fear on catastrophic events about health, thus imposing on how the public would response to healthcare provisions given to them as an option of cure (532).

Practically, the argument of Greenberg is quite one sided especially when it comes to developing a distinct impact on how the public’s needs are given specific attention to especially by the politicians and other members of the government who have the authority to direct the operations and the concept of modern commerce thus making a distinct impact on how the wealth of the nation is directed accordingly and how well it could be given way especially for the sake of mandating the developmental aspect of national growth and commercial advancement.
