Larry would be charged with the crime of driving under the influence of alcohol. He had been intoxicated that night after feeling that he had won the case. In the event, he may have posed a danger to his life and other road users. The moment of intoxication could lead to severe consequences like death. Driving under the influence of alcohol is not allowed by the laws bestowed in Alabama.
