Nevertheless, the condition of such relationship would largely depend on how the nurses actually see the worth of their responsibilities towards the development of their patient’s health status. Notably, it is with this thought that modern nursing and its procedures could be fully determined according to the course of process that nurses take into account to serve their stakeholders in the community. It is with this process that nurses are able to accomplish their jobs fully and address the needs of their patients in full accord. Considerably, to address the needs of a community towards dealing with comprehensive ways of improving health education and status of the people regarding heart-related issues such a process could be applied to gain better results from the programs imposed. The application of the nursing process theory on the consideration of determining how the goals of the National Heart Disease and Stroke Prevention (NHDSP) Program could be accomplished is expected to make a distinct impact on how the needs of the target stakeholders would be given attention and response to. With such concentration on the needs of the people [the demographics being served by the program], the determination of which particular services could be given to them would be much easier to estimate.
