Team identification: The team members for the purpose of this project are professional nurses in the same workplace who should coordinate their efforts in order to render perfect services to the clients.

Team vision: A plan relevant for the management of conflict is an ideal parameter in team work. The importance of perfection of performance in the profession of nursing is mostly hindered by conflict which requires management in order to foster the growth of the team as well as its development.

There exists stress associated with group projects due to the appreciation of a likelihood of some members to fail in their participation. These fears can however be overcome by enacting clearly defined roles. The processes together with the expectations of communication involves the identification of the effectiveness of group work which is asynchronous mode that facilitates the expression of thoughts together with the sharing of ideas among the team members to suit the schedules that are in place (Michael,  2004). The documents as well as the information gathered at  the time of the field should also be shared in the best possible way.

Although asynchronous communication is associated with a varying degree of difficulty but its necessity in the experience of online learning cannot be underestimated. For effective communication in the case of huge number of project members where individual involvement is a requirement at the same time, effective communication calls for its application. The use of chat room and the e-mail can also be advocated in addition to discussion boards.

The determination of the roles is achieved through effective communication where the organizers, the editors as well as the presenters are identified due to the roles that have been suggested in the form of guidelines (Michael, 2004). All the members of the group are required to take active part in the content of the project and also in discussions. Participation expectations are meant to overcome the challenges associated with online team work due to the possibility of lack of participation among some of the members.
