This process will also ensure that the team dynamic is effective and supportive of the team’s function and overall purpose. This requires full participation from each of its members, as well as an opportunity to explore other insights that may have an impact on operations over time. This process requires Mark to address Peter’s string of absences and his general lack of interest in his role with the team in its current state. This process will encourage the team to be successful in its efforts to support a long-term strategy that will impact the team dynamic successfully over time.
