The Relationship Between Evidence, Theory, and New Research, Coursework Example

Theory is basically the core reason why studies are being held. It is the purpose of each study to explore the possibilities of particular theories being true or not. In relation to the current condition that society is involved with, it could be understood that there exists the need to identify how well relative a particular theory is in the past in relation to how applicable it is at present (Kara, 2012). Gauging the conditions of developments and several changes in the society, the concept of a particular theory is expected to adjust especially in connection to its applicability to the current social conditions.

New research on the other hand are considered as a platform where theories are specifically measured and examined according to their value and their worth towards the society and the life the people lives with. The capacity of the new research to identify the factual background of a theory is determined makes up for the relative value of the new research. The researchers position in a specific issue and how they are able to prove its relative implication through research makes their work applicable and useful for the group of individuals in the society to whom they dedicate their work. (Creswell, 2008)

Meanwhile, evidence supports the presentation that new research is supposed to prove. Through evidence, new studies are able to identify whether or not a certain theory is still applicable towards the group of individuals it entails to serve in the society (Garraghan, 1996). Through the utilization of these elements, new found understanding and information become the basis of a better future of development for the modern world.
