Introduction

Health care entity is the care, supplies or services related to an individual’s health, which includes rehabilitative, counseling, procedure, therapeutic and palliative care. In the current times, the economy has forced many people not to submit to entities like insurance, inpatient services, palliative among others. Thus, increasing the number of uninsured individuals and the poverty line in the country.

Literature Review

Henderson writes a book that explores the principles of microeconomics, which apply to health care entities and policies. The numerous changes in the health sector and the social and political issues affecting the economy are discussed in detail. This book gives readers clear pictures on economic issues relating to the economy and analyzes the perspectives that suit the needs of the community.

Bernstein’s article is comprehensive for this research paper because it gives relevant examples of the United States issues. It summarizes how individuals work with economic hardships in order to survive. The article is well versed with current information and knowledge that provides recommendations on health care problems.

Research Methodology

According to a survey conducted in the country, many parents lack health insurance policies because of the prevalent economic hardships. Questionnaires distributed indicate that, the part for stating health care insurance providers is left blank by many respondents. Reason being, their wages cannot supplement to having a health cover to support all members of the family. Furthermore, a random sample collected showed how very few individuals could afford a good health care package without straining. In these hard economic times, it is hard for families, and individuals to think of health care entities, but some circumstances force them to plan their wages to accommodate entities like the American Diabetes Association.

Body

The most common health care entity that explores the long-standing effects of health, and adults wellbeing as compared to balancing living conditions and work life. Most adults are parents and agree that their relationship between family and parenting has deteriorated and influences their children’s wellbeing and development. Consequently, economic hardships have enhanced points like economic pressures, parenting, marital interaction and mental health of the parents (James, 2011, p.110).  In this case, pressure exerted on parents is present due to exceptional economic recession, which compromises the parents’ mental state. Additionally, child adjustment issues arise due to the deterioration of marital relations and parental sufferings. The parents suffer catastrophic spending and become bankrupt, as a result, of medical debts incurred. The benefits offered to parents prove to be insufficient despite their health insurance to protect them against high expenses from their pocket (James, 2011, p.115).

Pharmaceutical services has increased to an extent that most individuals from the lower case do not access these services. The economic hardships facing individuals has forced majority to engage in unlawful acts with the aim of providing health care services to their loved ones. Job instability, income change and level are some of the common indicators contributing to this factor and lead to low functioning of parents in their social tasks (Bernstein, 2009, p.3). For instance, for men, most respond to this by being depressed and anxious. These direct health services payments pushes people into poverty and has increased financial catastrophe. The poor people predominantly affected by these situations since they cannot use the services they need, while some are traditionalists when it comes to modern technology and medication (Bernstein, 2009, p.5). Inpatients services are too costly for poor people to afford and thus, decide to use herbal medicine to cure their diseases, which increases the risks of spreading to other individuals in the community.

Conclusion

Health care entity in the USA needs investigations since majority of the people is not insured. However, those insured argue that the economic hardships in the country have also escalated the number of divorces due to marital relations being hampered, as a result, of economic pressures. Child development has also been affected by the economic hardships and thus, governments need to
