It would appropriate to allow redistricting in the name of delivering justice to the groups that have been denied rights of voting. This strategy should be allowed to take place for as long as voting exists. The groups that should be subjected to redistricting are the Africa-Americans. These groups of minority in the United States are likely to cast their votes as a bloc. Arguably, redistricting will ensure that a candidate from a certain area does not influence them from voting for him or her in order to retain his or her seat. Redistricting has numerous consequences because a seating politician can use the redistricting strategy to save his or her seat. Additionally, redistricting would allow the minority to access their right to vote.

My role was Republican House Minority staff member. The goal was to encourage legislation favorable to Republicans and to help create a political climate for more Republicans will be elected. Agents should manage media relations, handle any issues coming from the press, and brief the media on the events that the principal is intending to have in order to get press coverage. The agent should manage the events of the principal by ensuring they are well organized. The agents help the principal to reach out potential voters, and encourage voters to come out in large numbers on the voting day.Individual autonomy should be extended to an extent of compromising the vision and mission of the political party in question. The members should be accorded some power towards their responsibilities in order to reduce the chances of feeling helpless. One can manage the tension by not compromising the mission of the political party, while still ensuring the right to vote is not denied.

The consequences of the multiracial coalitions for Democrats in the city can produce different functional choices. Also another possible complication is that black people would elect only black white people want to elect white. The consequence is that the white republicans will win an election with a landslide since they have the numbers.
