Over dependence on computers is a good thing. The dependence on computers to do tasks that are capable of manual performance saves time, money and provides efficiency. The time consumed on the completion on a task manually as compared to the completion of the same on a computer is greater. The use of computers ensures the quick completion of tasks in an appropriate manner.

The use of computers also ensures the reduction of the costs of doing these tasks. Although the initial costs of acquiring the computers may be considerably high, the long-term benefits of using these computers override the initial input costs. The cost incurred to employ human labor to accomplish these tasks exceeds the costs that associated with the use of computers.

Regardless of the human factors needed to monitor the functionality of the computers, there is an adverse reduction of these numbers, to ensure reduction of costs and maintain productivity. The functionality of computers provides completion of these tasks in a fast way.

The computers also provide the desired results in an effective way. The effectiveness here denotes to the quality of work produced and the manner and style of producing the work. The quality of produced by computers is comparatively higher than that of humans, and the same completed in a cost effective and expeditious way.

In conclusion, therefore, the dependence on computers is a good thing as it ensures that the reduction of costs incurred in the performance of a task. The use of computers saves time as the completion of tasks follow a quicker way and at the same time, ensures the completion of the tasks in an effective manner.
