This supplement is otherwise known as Arimedex HD that is used to bind and block aromatase in order to prevent the formation of estrogen in users, and by blocking estrogen, it is possible to obtain a strong and healthy physique in athletes (A1supplements.com). Analysis

A-HD 250mg is not only designed to block estrogen receptor sites, but it also used to block aas conversion to estrogen, which contributes to the blockage of estrogen in the body (A1supplements.com). This supplement is often used in conjunction with steroid use in order to prevent any growth in hormonal activity that could pose a risk to an individual, such as aromatization (A1supplements.com). A-HD 250mg contains safflower seed extract (carthamus tinctorius), which is has been proven scientifically to improve anti-estrogenic activities in users (Bradley). Furthermore, the product contains flax seed oil that also contributes to anti-estrongenic properties (Bradley). Although statements claim that this formula is scientifically proven, the names and qualifications of these scientists are not available; therefore, the credibility of these claims is suspect.

With respect to a healthy diet, it is unknown if this will provide the same boosting power as A-HD 250, but it is unlikely. This supplement is designed for athletes and bodybuilders seeking significant muscle definition and strength; therefore, it is not for everyone. This supplement appears to be safe in its suggested dosage of one capsule per day. However, this product does not appear to be worth the cost, as it does not provide the level of benefits that some of its more natural ingredients might provide on an individual basis. Furthermore, it appears that achieving the same results could be achieved through significant exercise, healthy eating, and clean living (Bradley).

This substance is legal and is sold by reputable vitamin and supplement distributors online. It is also recommended that the supplement should be taken over four to eight consecutive weeks for one to two cycles, and it is not recommended that the product should be taken for more than eight weeks at one time (a1supplements.com). This supplement may lead to side effects such as increased blood pressure and a higher level of aggression in some users (a1supplements.com).

Conclusion

The use of A-HD 250mg for users must be considered relative to its costs versus the benefits that are achieved. It is believed that based upon the costs and the potential risks of taking the supplement, it is not worth it. Therefore, this supplement does not come highly recommended by many of its users and by other experts.
