Essay

C# language projects to help us to explore data structures and their implementation through the application of arrays. Here, C# code is to store survey results require a two-dimensional. It will store 10 scores from 10 surveys, and there will be 2 sets of surveys, so 2 arrays are required.

Analysis

Two-dimensional arrays are useful when representing information in tabular form. A number of types of array manipulation would be useful. What follows are some pseudo code examples:

  1. Find largest
  2. Switch values
  3. Display entire array in tabular form
  4. Find the dimensions of an array
  5. Passing an array to an method

Requirements

The code must only demonstrate code that would achieve the implementation requirements listed below. Sufficient code to demonstrate the use of the arrays as described below is presented:

  • Create a pair of two-dimensional arrays of integers that are each 10×10 in size.
  • Populate your arrays with some initial values of your choice.
  • Write the following functions in C# to manipulate your arrays as follows:
  • biggest() – This function should do the following:
  • Return the largest number in the first array.
  • Return the indices where the number is located.
  • traverse() – This function should do the following:
    • Use a print statement to print each data element of each array.
    • Show the array identification (A, B, or some other designation) prior to the display of the data elements.
    • Each row should be shown on the same line.
  • Include in-code comments describing the major parts of the implementation, specifically pointing out the required implementation points above.
