Introduction

The program has come out to be unbelievable to 1000 local crew members since its commencement in the year 2006. The program has greatly achieved its goal of motivating the timely resolution and the improvement of the safety issues regarding the flight. As a result, the new measures concerning the safety systems of aviation in the ownership industry has come up. Only part of 120 carriers has utilized the ASAP program with an outstanding success (Ronald, 1996). At the commencement of the program, the part of the aviation operation had never been given an access to implement it. But for now, things are now working and the company is able to use the program and implement it accordingly. It is now upon the pilots to ensure that they are aware the program and able to implement it. It is fundamentally important to understand that offering some protections besides the enforcement action by the Federal Aviation Administration the main thing is the safety-related consideration that the pilots  gives which contains the prospective  to change the operation of the Net Jets in the aviation industry. I urge the aviation industries not to assume the ASAP thinking that the program is the same old thing.

Through the supportive consultations with the aviation industries Federal Aviation Administration the new ground have been opened and in turn have in place general incentive for them to produce the information that  is safe  through the Aviation Safety Action Program. The program cannot succeed without the input of the industries. We would like to encourage the aviation industries to start using the Aviation Safety Action Program as the first method of preaching the safety-related events that are encountered. What should be in mind is that the cornerstone of the program is confidentiality and it will never be negotiated. With the aviation industries, we shall enjoy the affirmative steps to advance the way to improve the business that will secure the expectations for all the pilots (Halkitis, 2002).

Actions Need To Be Taken By the Operator to Implement the Aviation Safety Action Program

The actions that will result to the improvement of the safety action plan include (Martin, 1999);

• The amendments of the voluntary disclosure of the reporting program that will ensure all the required reports are submitted by the senior airline officials.
• The deployment of the Safety Issues Reporting System that will ensures to give the employees the required safety measures if the feel that they are not receiving the correct measures.
• Making the inspector post employment restrictions that will oversee and avoid any conflict of the interests.
• Speed up the extension of the complete safety database of the aviation which will hold a number of the air carriers including the voluntary reporting system.

Conclusion

The Aviation Safety Action Program has improved the safety through having general, positive measures towards the approach of diminishing the frequently occurring safety procedures rather than starting the enforcement actions, having been achieved more accomplishment in the commercial of the airline industries. In the real sense, the Aviation Safety Action Program has great ability to recognize and help in the enhancement of the standards regarding the operating procedures, the security concerns, maintenance and the airports (Ravinco, 2005).
