Florida Nurses Association is a union of nursing specialists, Certified Nurse Anesthetists and Certified Nurse Midwives located and are working in Florida. This particular organizations aims to create distinct impact on how nurses take their responsibilities seriously especially in relation to how they relate to patients using the most comprehensive and newest inventions relating to nursing operations. Along with this, the organization also tries to promote effective nursing practices through research and updated understanding on the legal and ethical functions of the said work in medicine. The organization’s website located at http://www.floridanurse.org specifically provides a distinct presentation n the mission, vision and the works of the organization that specifically provide great help especially in improving nursing practices as applied by nursing practitioners in Florida.

The positive impact of this particular organization on the overall status of nursing operations in the area largely invokes the local needs of the people that the said professionals serve. Establishing unions attending to particular needs of the community helps a lot especially when it comes to determining the position and role of the nurses in assessing the healthcare needs and condition of the residents of a particular society (Shinn, 605). Most often than not, it is through the existence of these unions that local needs are specifically addressed by medical professionals such as nurses.

Through the existence of these organizations, the national healthcare status and the way the overall nursing professionals handle their responsibilities could be reported upon and improved according to the needs of the people (Janesn, 118). The advancements that local organizations like FNA take into account provides a great source of information needed to improve the overall direction of the national healthcare operations; this increases the overall value on how the national healthcare structure could provide the exact needs of the human population.
