Usually noted to have an existence on the host through the emergence of fever, heart enlargement and the inability to breath well, hemoflagellates often  cause a host to lose consciousness every now and then as it tries to alter the heart functions that usually makes breathing a hard concept of consider. This parasite is often passed on through the insects [flies] that have been in contact with human feces. The parasite enters the new host through skin abrasions and wounds.

When the parasite finally settles in the autoimmune system, the host’s body usually reacts through inflammatory reactions whereas antibodies are being released by the body. It is through this system that the host’s body develop particular defense mechanisms which usually causes the failure of primary organs such as the heart because of the allotment of oxygen on some parts of the body.

The outbreak of the ailment that comes from the ingestion of hemoflagellates often come from mud exposure and the existence of dirt-floored dwellings whereas the prospected hosts are exposed to such grounds regularly thus making them most likely highly prone to getting ingested with the parasite through walking and roaming around such areas.

To diagnose the existence of hemoflagellates in a host, definitive blood tests are handled and are completed. When it is found that the ingestion of the parasite comes from blood transfusion, complete cleaning of the blood is often ordered hence returning the integrity of the blood fully. When not treated successfully, this parasite could bring down the immune system of the host. The nature of parasitism that hemoflagellates apply often identifies well with the invasive approach thus slowly disabling the system of defense that the body of the host has.
