Abstract

With the new trends in dealing with business in relation to the modern human culture, it could be observed that outsourcing has become a rather common condition of work. India is considered as one of the primary destinations of such business arrangements. It could be realized that through time, there are instances when the desire to work with Indian partners create both external and internal conflicts especially when it comes to dealing with the most contradicting factors of culture between India and their foreign counterparts. Being an offshoring destination for organizations aiming to become more indicted with the new arrangements of business operations, the Indian business culture has become one of the most controversial and interesting focal point that is assumed to have great effect on how modern business develops.

In the discussion and research presentation that follows, a determination of India’s role in assuming what good business culture is about shall be given careful attention to. Notably, such condition of development is to be assumed as somewhat a factor that could either increase or decrease the competence of the organization in determining its growth-distinctions in the country.

Introduction

The field of international business entails to create a definite course of development that embraces the idea of defining an effective process of mandating the different procedures of improving business operations. Relatively, the changing culture and operations in business do so much to mandate the condition or role being portrayed by international business partners especially when they come from two very distant parts of the earth.

India, being one of the hottest business destinations on earth when it comes to catering to aspects of business expansion, is expected to have a definite pattern of culture business people would likely want to follow. Practically, one of the main issues that need particular attention is how the Indian culture does highlight the emergence of Islamic and Hindu belief in their culture. It could be understood that the said religious denominations reserve a great impact on how modern living and ancient-solid culture embraces the new aspect of modern business operations. It could be understood through this concept of thinking that when it comes to mandating business operations, organizational administrators need to see to it that they are able to give attention to cultural diversity among employees and employers coming from different backgrounds; thus setting a common ground that such individuals would be able to give attention to, which could likely break the barriers of diversity among the said individuals involved.

The Indian culture pays high respect to the different ideals of hierarchical operations; this means that the Indian culture pays much attention to ranks and organizational positions based on the expertise of each employee. This is why when it comes to communication patterns taken into account, it could be realized that Indian operations remain strongly connected to the emergence of such hierarchies. It should also be considered that loyalty and high respect to age and rank is given important regard in the country. This means that when dealing with administrators from the country, business investors need to know that they are in good hands and that their organizational goals are to be met accordingly. Notably, people in the country who are in dire desire of embracing the Indian culture especially in relation to the goal of incurring the best business achievements they would want to attain in the name of expanding business operations in the country accordingly.
