Business Models

There is a local fast food restaurant named as ‘Delicious Snacks’. The restaurant is popular among the local residents of the town.  The menu includes juicy hamburgers, Pizzas, Sandwiches, French fries, dounuts and fresh juices and ice creams. A student of nearby schools and colleges visits the restaurant for a snack before going home. It is a small restaurant, which may not be categorized in to a franchise. The employees working in the small restaurant are very friendly with the customers.   The environment of the restaurant demonstrates we are in the late 1940’s fast food shop.

The occupations of the restaurant include a chef, who is the owner, and staff serving food to the customers. Chef cooks all the fast food with different seasoning and salads with creative designs. The factor knows as business commerce illustrates signboards of the restaurant along with menus visible from the outside. This gives an idea to the customer of that tempting food they make along with cost. Whenever a new snack adds in the menu, small free servings are given to tempt customers for trying the new food product. As the restaurant is small, owner works at the backyard to cook food items and snacks. The staff, which serves food, cleans the tables and maintains the counters to receive money.

Collectively, the three components i.e. business organization, business commerce and business occupation facilitates the small and old fast food restaurant. Food serving and counter maintaining staff contributed to the business organization. Moreover, the owner cooks and decorates salads in the backyard of the restaurant, contributing to business commerce.  Furthermore, business organization is related to the skills that contributes and adds value to the food for the customers. All these factors are combined together to maintain an effective business model.
