From the average above, I found out that the leader sometimes posses idealized attribute’s form of transformational leadership. This means that followers do not respect, admire and trust me all the moment, but they do so some of the times.

Idealized Behaviors

In the second element inspected, it is evident from the questionnaire results that the leader is vigilant in specifying the importance of a strong sense of purpose. Ultimately, this was paramount when considering the ethical and moral consequences of decisions making processes in the organization. In addition, the leader emphasized to the team the significance of having a collective sense of mission.

Inspirational Motivation

The results under this element measure degree of vision provision, use images and symbols that are appropriate in helping others focus on their work. Additionally, they try to make others feel the significance of their work.

Intellectual Stimulation IS

Under this element, the leader was able to express his confidence in achieving organizational goals and this prompted them to talk about plans of the future. In addition, the leader can express a vision that compels future organizational plans. In other words, they encourage others to be creative by nurturing them to look at old problems through new ways. They question their own beliefs and values with those of the organization.

Individual Consideration IC

The leader under this category was able to help other members develop their strengths by treating them as individuals. This meant that the understood their needs and achieved this through coaching and teaching their group members. This leader understood the fact that each member had different needs, aspirations and abilities which need to be met by assigning them individual projects. Those less involved in group matters will be noted and assisted.

Contingent Reward CR

In this element, the leader is vigilant in the achievement of goals and thus, sets targets for members to be able to meet all expectations set. Reward is a factor that has been developed.

Mgmt by Exception (Active) MBEA

Here, the leader concentrates on the mistakes made and tries to rectify them in a way that meets organizational standards.

Mgmt by Exception (Passive) MBEP

The leaders under this category wait for matters to worsen then take action, which is not advisable because the situation could get out of hand.

Laissez-Faire

Most of these leaders leave critical decision making for their followers and delay in responding to urgent matters.

In summary, the leaders characteristic depend on the foundation one has had especially in their upbringing. This affects their social and economic developments and thus, managerial classes help in nurturing other essential managerial values needed for growth in the contemporary society.
