California Environmental Weather Modification, Research Paper Example

The state of California has experience some of the worst droughts in history. The agriculture industry has been hit the hardest with workers out of work because the farmers cannot afford to pay them to because the harvest is too expensive (Kennel-Shank, 2014). The vegetation is too dry to harvest and rivers levels are so low that it damages the ecosystem. There is a concern for the United States because California provides over half of the fruit, vegetables, and nuts for the population. In addition, the drought makes the plants and land very dry primed for catastrophic fires that devastate. The cycle of droughts in the California area, have catastrophic implications, if the drought continues to damage the agricultural landscape. In response to droughts, the government sprays chemical aerosol, which includesbiological substances.

There is so much negative information depending on the source about Chemtrails that are destroying the earth and altering the weather for future catastrophic destruction of the ozone. These visible chemical aerosols in the sky are called chemtrails. Chemtrails are created by special jets that spray chemicals in the atmosphere, which can be viewed from the ground level as chemical aerial trails. This is a systematic release of chemical toxins or substances at high altitudes, which the results look like rows of sky mist or tracts. The research question is whether chemtrails damaged the earth’s atmosphere.

Pros

The chemical sprays do have benefits to the United States such as CIA and NASA testing to determine the best solutions for the earth’s atmosphere and for weather modification for military and space. The complete banning of chemical spraying would damage our crops and put many farmers out of work because their crops could not come to harvest. The economic impact would be catastrophic putting many agriculture workers and farmers out of work. According to Robinson (2014, there is a demand that all aerosol spraying is not good for the earth and the aerosols are harmful. However, in a study that supports spraying found that to stop spraying pesticides would result in eliminating 132,000 jobs. In addition, the chemical aerosols provide a layer of protection from the suns damaging UV rays. The number of agriculture crops that have benefited from the pesticides to protect the nation’s food supply. This alone is saving the population from many diseases caused by agriculture that has not been sprayed.

The counterargument is the sprays for pesticide get into the food supply. However, the United States has some of the best agriculture crops than other parts of the world in comparison. Therearecomments that are more negative, articles, books and Internet commentary on the effects of the Chemtrails. However, the government has acknowledge they have been doing weather modification testing, research and programs since the 1950s. The government further admits that the CIA, and NASA had programs testing and research weather modification for national security and NASA interest in understand weather modification on earth and other planets. The government has acknowledge that some of the chemical sprays may be harmful;however, some of the benefits far outweigh the Global Warming alternatives.

The NASA program conducted studies that brought about a better understanding on how weather affects the entry and re-entry into earth’s atmosphere. It appears many have forgotten the walk on the moon. The CIA scientist has gained some many valuable lessons about weather modification that may save the earth in the future when faced with catastrophic landslides or earthquakes. The negative thinking is giving the Chemtrails bad name including the major ecosystem problems in California. The major droughts on the news normally discuss the ecosystem problems but normally they do not blame the dry earth on the chemtrails. The earth has an incredible way of balancing the health of the earth without any help.

Cons

The chemtrail are allowed to be sprayed with no real monitoring based on which chemicals can be reached. There are many articles, research, and statements about the chemtrail but not a lot of facts about what the chemical spray ingredients that are guessing what is include in the spray chemical aerosols. The argument will continue into the next millennium. However, there are some simple answers that indicated that the aerosol spraying does change or alter the earth’s natural ecosystem. The best example is the natural light grows the trees and plants can be altered because the aerosols alter the natural reflection and direction of that sunlight. In layman’s terms with scientific analysis, anything that changes the natural functions of the earth’ssun light or atmosphere is bound to cause some damage. According to Geoengineeringwatch (2014), the Chemtrails that are performed by special environmental jets that spray an unknown substance that artificially modifies and alters the Earth’s natural claim system (sunlight) using aerosols spray by special jets that create artificial clouds.

The weather modification programs in the United States have reach catastrophic levels because the government does not have any oversight. The government has allowed weather modification organizations to perform experimental chemical spraying without any worries about damage to the earth’s ozone layers. There are a handful of states that require consent but most do not require its (Agriculture Defense Coalition, 2014).These weather medication companies can mixed any number of spraying chemicals with any consequences of the damage to the ozone. In addition, there are no public or private agencies to keep them affecting the ecosystems, watersheds, agricultural damage, and destruction of the trees. All these various companies in every state and city should be held accountable for modifying the weather or climate engineering.

Human Side

The human side of the spraying issues there are some benefits to the aerosol spraying that helps our countries agriculture industry. The arguments are scientific evidence on both sides of the issue do not affect my daily life. We live in such a conspiracy age that speculation about the damaged does not affect my daily health. We can still breathe while the weather has been unpredictable for many years not just this decade. The initial human reaction in the 1970s to the chemical spraying the neighborhoods with a truck that sprayed chemicals to kill the invasion of mosquitos. The results of the sprays help kill all the mosquitoes in the area. It was the right thing to do from the human point of view to make the community a better place to live and enjoy.

Government Involvement

The government has always been involved with geo-engineering to research weather patterns and modifications for many decades. The programs lead by scientist, intelligence agencies including the CIA. The programs were for improvement of humankind but also to find keys to erratic weather patterns and the impact on the ecosystems. However, in with governmental program cuts, the United States lose their own Chemtrail weather research centers. The primary reason for this closure is that the Congress felt it was not the job of the CIA to research weather modifications (Watson, 2014). This proves that the government has funded programs to fund geo-engineering with agencies such as NASA, CIA, and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. The United States government has been involved with weather modifications and weapons for over 70 years. They wanted to stay innovative with weather testing technology that would be beneficial for the protection of the United States borders. The US defense Secretary in 1997 said that weather modifications methods have been actively used by the government for 15 years including weather modification’s techniques with the Vietnam war (Watson, 2014). This is evidence that the governments knows that harmful chemicals are being spreading in the sky’s that are negatively affecting our ecosystems. The Department of Energy’s Atmospheric Science Program has programs that are concentrating on the damage of aerosols to the climate and shared that chemtrails are blocking the sunlight that trying to enrich the earth. The government does have some controls but not enough agencies to monitor what type of pesticides or aerosols are being released in the earth.

The government is responsible for monitoring these private and public agencies however; they have government agencies that are performing some of the same scientific tests and research. The private agencies understand how to format the corporations to not be held accountable because of their status as a corporation. They may be an environmental agency that does some chemtrail but not big enough to follow strict federal guidelines. In addition, some of these companies are set-up outside the United States avoiding other sanctions or audits from the government.

Environmental California

The environmental problems in California range from droughts, river, and sea levels dangerously lowand similar environment problems on the West Coast. The West Coast in the last two decades experience just as many catastrophic events including China and other global countries.However, the news media puts California in the news more than any other city. In Nevada, they have catastrophic events but if California has a drought, the Nevada news is the last piece of news of the day. This clear indicates that California is not suffering because they are the only city that chemtrails are used. This suggests that California chemtrails is not the only contributor to the health or poor health of the state or city. There are studies completed by the California Environmental Agency that indicate that the wildlife, forest and agriculture is in trouble and they should prepared for more hotter days in the future. The Environmental Protection Agencywelcomes any studies or research on weather modification that changes the direction of the eroding ecosystem in the West(Chang, 2013). The chemtrails do have some impact to prevent some sunrays from hitting the earths need environment, however, these climate changes did not start yesterday. What about the years of pollution destroying the atmosphere or the manufacturing companies that still pump out billions of dangerous gases into the atmosphere for many years? The truth of the matter is chemtrails has some good things is does for the environment and the United States and there are some bad things that happen from the Chemtrail. However, the atmosphere has been deteriorating slowly over many years and any testing that can be completed to prevent a future weather event that may destroy the earth as we know it, is worth the continue testing and resource.

The rumor mill has gotten so out of control, the public does not know what is truth or false. At this point, do a little more research before deciding that Chemtrails is the end of the earth. The research is public information even with the companies making some information private or intellectual property. The Internet has a vast resource to find information about the chemtrails on both sides of the issues. There are many agencies that freely give pictures, reports, information, and scientific research so you can make an education decision without being stuffed down your throat. The Chemtrails still need more research and studies to determine the long-term effects to ensure the earth’s atmosphere is not being destroyed and what we can do as a civilization to repair or elevating the environmental hazards that is slowly damaging the earth’s core.
