I selected the company because of its effective management strategies, which have been the cornerstone towards its success. The management team in the company understands the reality that effective management is paramount in the modern business environment. The managers in the company believe the need for constant learning, which equips them with adequate managerial skills essential for handling different customers and operations.  The company has expanded its business since it was established, which has given the company a competitive advantage.
