Throughout my educational career, I have always possessed a fervor for management, especially within the business sector. My parents owned a family business, and I admired how hard my father worked in order to become an effective business leader. While my education and empirical experiences have cultivated management skills, I believe those skills are merely a foundation upon which I can build on in the real estate sector. I hope to secure a position as an important asset and valuable member of a professional real estate team that effectively leverages my achievements, abilities, and skills in order to lead real estate agents in a direction that yields superior earnings. A Real Estate Development program provides the perfect opportunity to me to pursue like life-long dream to become an important part of a real estate team.

I am applying for this program because I ultimately would like to start my own small business in the arena of land development and construction. I hope to head a real estate company that focuses on building apartments and hotels in high-demand tourist spots around the globe. I am the youngest child in my family, yet I possess a desire to run such a business despite lacking the necessary knowledge and skills in this particular field. Studying management and real estate will provide me a great foundation and deep knowledge necessary to manage my own business as well as manage critical function details such as facility services, planning cost-effective management, and managing a productive and efficient environment. The program at your prestigious institution offers classes in project management, real estate development, and strategic planning and management that will be essential for my career objectives in the field of real estate.
