Stress is caused by the inability of people to achieve target that they have set or when undesirable events occurs and the individual is unable to control them. Stress causes both mind and body suffering to the stressed individual. Crimes in the society are caused by a struggle against injustices in the society. Crimes causes so much harm in the society and can lead the criminal to imprisonment and rejection from the society.

Crimes in the society are caused by a combination of factor in the societies; family values educational systems, political systems, law enforcement systems and the economy. Crimes are caused by struggle of people in a certain class against injustices perpetrated towards them. People who commit crimes are frustrated by what happens in the society that ends up committing crimes. These people feel that the rest in the society does not care for them and in an attempt to attract their attention; they do what is considered as crime in the society. For instance those people in the society that are condemned to poverty are likely to commit crimes in their struggle to move out of poverty. In essence poverty is a main cause of crimes in the society. Poverty is a condition in the economy where people are unable to fend for themselves. Political and law enforcement systems are cause crimes in the society where people in the society feel that these systems are unfair and unjust to some in the society. People end up in crimes in an attempt to be at par with the rest and show their disapproval of the unjust society. Abuse of drugs by people is also a society vice that can lead to people who abuse drugs committing crimes.

Effects of crimes include punishment by law where the criminals end up being jailed for their criminal activities. These people could be jailed for a certain period or foe life or could be required to perform certain activities, such as helping in cleaning streets, in the society as punishment for the crimes committed. Crimes could also lead to the criminal being sentenced to death. Crimes could also lead to the person who has committed crime being rejected in the society. This happens when people are afraid of them and few are willing to be their friends.

Stress is a mental or chemical condition of the body to external agents that cause physical or physiological damage to a stressed individual.  Stress can be caused by competition that exists in the society. Everyone in the society is trying to become better that the rest and stay on top of the rest. This becomes a big issue when there are limiting factors that are hard to achieve and individuals would end up being stressed. For instance in the work place, individual may end up stressed when they try to do everything perfectly but for some events and occurrences. Stress could also be caused by events that happen to an individual which are beyond that individual’s control and the individual is unable to accept them. When such happens, the individual becomes stressed.

Stress affects the body and mind of an individual. A stressed individual is unable to think properly and at times may act irrationally out of the thoughts. These individuals are so preoccupied with what is stressing them that their ability to think is adhered to. Individuals that are stressed for a long period of time get emaciated and the color of the body may change.
