The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is an independent, nonprofit organization that was established by Congress. The original intent of the CDC was a grassroots organization that was created to prevent malaria from spreading across the nation in 1946. The CDC utilizes their own foundation to further the mission of improving public health by connecting the private sector organizations to the public health community programs(CDC,2015).

The CDC influences by establishing both public and private efforts to identify healthcare diseases and the effective cure of the disease that affect the entire population. They create clinical guidelines for the healthcare industry to influence providers to follow the best safe practices that protect the patient and society as a whole(CDC,2004).

Does the organization (CDC) demonstrate an ethical principle or Leadership Law?

Yes, the CDC demonstrates ethical principles of public health ethics. The CDC is the nation’s leading health agency that implements and establishes ethical principles that are applied based on ethical principles and established values. The CDC prevents the outbreak of any dangerous disease while implementing ethical principles on the way society responds to those threats ethically and morally. The CDC Foundation is the ethical pulse of the federal led organization that ensures that the CDC remains in the forefront in setting ethical examples on how to handle deadly diseases. Today, the CDC is recognize as the number one source in the world for advocating ethical values along with delivering health promotions, prevention measures and  preparedness against any disease breakout. The CDC remains in the forefront globally in preventing and controlling infection diseases or any environmental threats. In the event that an infectious disease becomes a threat, the entire world follows the ethical principles.
