Relatively, the strongest cities are the ones that are most likely politically established, able to retain power especially for the sake of determining a more distinct sense of social improvement. Due to the established sense of social development, it could be understood that political power comes in a more defined sense; one that basically sets the guidelines that the society needs in order to create a more proper way of embracing development as part of social growth. The larger the cities are, the more protection they need. Their people; the communities forming the said cities ought to be given proper care; one that is basically able to provide them with the best source of security they need. Necessarily, this point of protection requires the establishment of powerful military force that entails the creation of a much stronger form of development that is secured and protected alongside the political guidelines that the cities are able to adapt to.
