Learning important leadership traits such as charisma can be acquired through practice and some leadership training programs boast that they are able to instill this characteristic in their attendees.

To learn how to be charismatic, it is essential to observe individuals that have display this characteristic. Typically, these individuals are lively and are outgoing. Furthermore, they are able to talk to individuals in a manner that appeals to them. Above all, charismatic leaders lead by example and correct mistakes through constructive criticism. It is possible for even introverted individuals to acquire these qualities over time, which will enable them to become more comfortable with this practice.
