In a number of organizations, the engineer has a value adding responsibility. The highest paid chemical engineers are found in the petrochemical field. The present application of extracting petroleumfrom shale is a characteristic that has enables substantial growth for the chemical engineers in the field. Chemical engineers work in organizations that vary from the production of food water and energy.

I think that the enabling of socialization is a good quality. The socialization allows the human side of the engineers to emerge.  At the same time, it provides brand exposure fort the Potash Corp. website and the organization that advertise on the site.

The recruitment strategy that I would use is to market the employment position by means of advertising on the Facebook and Survey Monkey websites. In this manner, the expenses could be minimized while reaching young professionals who have between five to twenty years of experience in the chemical engineering field. The timing could be advertised on a monthly basis. This infers that in order to fill a position, there would be as thirty day timespan or less. The budget would be dependent on the costs of advertising the position is in the careers section of the Facebook website. The cost of advertising the position would be the advertising fee to the Facebook.
