Background of the Program
Among the primary foundations of good health comes from the distinct manner by which parents become concerned about the health status of their children. Most often than not, preventive measures are encouraged in order to avoid larger conditions of emergencies in the future. When it comes to children’s health, several programs from the government as well as private agencies have already been established in order to support the constructive option by which children are to be assisted with their healthcare needs especially during the preventive stage.
There are times however that amidst these constructive efforts, children still incur serious cases of health issues that require immediate and special medical attention. How does one cope from this? Relatively, the emergent offer of programs that redefine the concept of social oneness through the implementation of the Children’s Health Insurance Program gives a valuable proof as to how social constructivism is observed to have a definite impact on how the program itself provides the necessary foundation of good healthcare system that is needed to create a definite turn on how extensive options of development are carried into account to make sure that the children get the medical attention that they need.
The program is basically designed to allow parents have their children be checked and treated amidst the possible lack of source for financial support. Constructively, it could be analyzed that the program gives a leeway for parents to give attention to the healthcare needs of their children first before worrying about all the distinct essentials of paying for the bills of the treatment. Through a staggered form of payment, these financial support systems are designed to make a difference, especially on the ways by which parents are assisted on how they ought to consider the different options of modeled considerations on determining what well-developed financial support systems are all about.
Identifying Stakeholders
The stakeholders of this program could be accounted for according to the role they play in the implementation of the support system being established. The said stakeholders include the f0llowing:
The Provider
Who provides for the financing of the program? The organization giving the said system of concentrated support is expected to be allied with other organizations aiming to give the said option of ease for parents to be able to account well for their responsibilities towards their children. The alliance that the organization forms with other organizations (serving as the primary support for the system) plays a great role as the primary provider for the needs of the target population.
The Parents (Clients)
Noted as the clients who are to be served by this particular program, the parents are the ones who are to be expected to submit requirements in order to get access to what the program has to offer. Noticeably, it could be understood that the condition of development that the program imposes on the process of completing parental responsibilities allow the “clients” to become more involved on the manner by which they are able to protect their children’s healthcare needs with financial pressure eased out from their shoulders.
The Children (Patients)
They are the reason as to why the program has been established in the first place. What do the children need and what do they require to attain immediate medical attention when needed? This is where real concern comes in; understanding the children’s needs accordingly is what makes the process much easier to bear.
The Healthcare Facilities Providing Service
The tie up of the organization with the healthcare facilities and institutions providing the service to the children and their parents is what makes this particular program rather effective and extensive especially in adjusting its limits towards those who really need it. Through such connection, the organization providing the program would actually be able to establish a better scheme of payment that would be more convenient for the clients to consider.
The Leader of the Group
The primary leader of the group is expected to play a great role as the person tying up the knots between the stakeholders and making sure that each individual and institution is able to receive amicable support that establishes a valuable presentation of what matters the most to them in relation to how the program is implemented. Noticeably, It could be analyzed that the concept of healthcare improvement imposed through the program increases the possibilities of developing a more extensive system of consideration on how the more vulnerable members of the society are supported in order for them to get the best out of the situation. Making sure that these operations push through for the sake of value-formation creates a distance sense of value-determination that the leader of the organization ought to be recognized for.
