Core Values
The need to have this kind of code of ethics in a big multi-million organization like Nokia is very essential, this is so as to establish and design a set up (code of ethics) that will improve the employees working condition and their livelihood, improve quality of good and services provided, also because of the nature of the organization it good to have policies that will govern and streamline the moral ethics of the employees and the employers in relation to rules and policies of the organization.
Target
This code would mostly target all employees of this organization and their clients, mostly this will be authenticated by managers in the human resources and production section. The main reason for the firm to have this implementation taking place is to look at the factors that may be harboring good relation between the employees and the managers, the good well of the livelihood of the employees of this organization, how the working condition if not favoring the employees are affecting and harboring quality production, how the sales people are relating with their clients and how advertisement are respondent to customers demand and the social responsibility of the organization in the community, environment and their social responsibility in the society.
If the above targets are met and the right person who are the target are also streamlined to the policies associated wit this ethical code then the organization would have fulfilled it target of inducing code of ethic. According to Schmincke, (2004) the organization mostly targets first fore hand the managers that make and execute most demanding decision and help them evaluate and give sound judgment to all the problems that may arise in the cause of implementation of the production and incases of violation of the organization policies or incases of discrimination or inequality, this is so as to help the organization from law suits that dent the image of the organizations.
The code of ethics helps organizations eliminate the employees plight and help them develop a good lasting relationship with their supervisors and this is mostly why the case we have chosen Nokia so that the quality of the services and goods provided may be improved as the rating of their product of late has been deemed to be of low standards.

These will first start with all managers and all those who hold position of power and execute certain duties and decisions concerning the organization like major stake holders with majority shares. Then the study will be allocated to the other employees in this organization and then all the participating party will have the business ethical code as a tool for good co-relation between themselves and the customer. Equipped with this training and knowledge the level of quality production will definitely rise and the plight of the employees are addressed and major decision making will not be an object for the managers will have garnered enough research from this studies on how to go about the whole issue and enforce it.

This will be implemented through series of training as mention above and enforced in the organization policies by the board of directors. After the implementation of this ethical codes that are essential in this organization which has been facing discriminatory law suit, this will help reduce because of the nature of the codes ideology.
