The most viable organizational structure that would favor project manager is a functional structure. This is because a functional structure is set up to work in such a way that every section in the business is categorized according to its responsibility or purpose. The functional structure for the business would work very well in situations where every subdivision depends on the knowledge talent of its support staff and workers. In this type of contract business, for instance, there can be a sales subdivision, a marketing section and a construction department. Furthermore, a functional business structure works best for small businesses. Though, one of the disadvantages to a functional structure is that the communication and coordination between the organization’s divisions can be limited by the administrative restrictions since the numerous branches tend to work separately.

Crashing and scope reduction as means of project scheduling have a number of contrasting differences. Crashing is a common terminology for decreasing project schedules. On the other hand the term of scope reduction is the most advisable way for project scheduling since it helps and it is considered one of the easiest ways of reducing the schedule for the scope of the project.

A positive risk event would be the case of a planes attack posing risk to the business set to find any loopholes in the current system n data storage procedures. This way makes the security team to identify weaknesses in the system before an actual attack happens from a malicious computer hacker. A negative risk event would involve a scenario where the administrator loses control of the system. This kind of exposure can be dreadful to the business if not managed.

The scope in a traditional project approach classifies an arrangement of steps to be taken in order to complete the entire project. It mainly entails the initiation, panning, design and execution phase of the project scope. While, on the other hand, the agile project management type is one that is value-driven. This project management method allows the project managers to bring forth high-quality projects. The agile project management method follows an incremental and iterative method of management in the design and construction events for business, engineering, a new product or service, and information technology development projects in an interactive and highly flexible manner.
