Essay

My visit to France had a positive impact on my strategy marketing study. Precisely, the visit did not only pave way to the coming practical after school but also increased my subject understanding. Considerably, I was to take heed of the specific intercultural awareness linked to strategic marketing in order to understand the real facts on the same. Following the above, the concepts of cultural advantages on strategic management in the marketing were in my line of exploration. Firstly, to familiarize with the France culture, before doing my feasibility study at length. Bearing in mind, how I should tactically put the following learnt practices in action, a good road map of the France’s culture, stopping the reactionary marketing, spent less money as well as saving time. My intercultural exchange was a challenge since I am of Middle East origin, where my cultural background is not really the same with the France. Consequently, I had to apply my class work concepts mainly the previous class slide presentations. Notably, at this time I had to apply the specific vs. diffuse and neutral vs. emotional this is slide number seven. Professionally, being a student, I went to explore the market strategy, which the process was to commence the following day. On the contrary, despite the fact that France was a new country with new people around me, I knew I had to spend less. Therefore, I booked cheaper hotel lodging with an aim of satisfactorily initiating economic principles. I proceeded to accomplish my mission. Hand in hand to the strategic marketing, I had to analyze the importance of cross-culture on my side. Here, I had to recall quickly the importance of cross culture since my culture “Middle East” does clash with France’s culture to greater extent.

To be precise, despite of the cross culture since I am a middle east student, I effectively interacted with the natives fully and  I released that despite of the culture clash, still people can interact in many ways and make a world a useful place in terms of business, culture as well as intermarriage. Here, the aspect of socialization helped me a great deal since it was my tool in exploring the cultures of other people. Therefore, to crown it all, I made good strategy on how to explore the cultures of my colleagues, interact with them, and even establish a strong hold of the strategy of the market. Well, with more knowledge on the culture of my France people, I had to start my mission, which was successful.

Discussion

Cross Culture

Professionally, in this dynamic world, technology has made it easier for business people to embrace economy globalization. Therefore, in today’s life, many managers do struggle to heed the process of the different cultural context in business. In my own opinion, business culture contributes a lot to the business arena. Thus, all the managers should learn how to adjust and embrace different cultures that can be helpful for the improvement of business. As much as I am interacting with the cross-cultural issues, it influences a positive attitude of business in my MSc strategic marketing as it imparts the urge to campaign for culture crossing since these benefits the business opportunities. In reality the above issue will affect my future learning since it is clear that the point of the cross culture brings steadiness in marketing.

Therefore, this will improve the learning push in my study life whilst portraying positive events. With the responsibility of a strategic manager, it is important to take heed of the above phenomena, which will add motivation as well as critical thinking in business. There is a distinct relationship between culture and marketing. Culture here, entails the concepts of the culture variables as well as gender identity. Thus, the above notably facilitates the success of the marketing strategy in a business relationship. However the above phenomena improves the relationship between customer and business entities, hence with a given period of time the same makes business to run in more upward graphs. Generally, this is what all managers have embraced since it is the right track in getting to the peak of business anatomy.

Home Culture Interference

Uniquely despite the fact that culture facilitates the viability of business, there are some biases that come with it. Here a manager may prefer to deal with certain gender to avoid the other opposite gender because he or she is evading a taboo. Managing a cultural diverse team in any business situation is not straightforward. Some factors that can help one to manage this cultural diverse are as follows: avoid misunderstanding and misconceptions, note the behaviors of the other diversified culture, and lastly understand the differences.

Consumer Behavior

In France, consumers liked the quality of my products. Here in our motherland, customers are used to our products and that they provoke my efforts. What worked to cultural diverse teamwork was the zero discrimination tolerance. In foreign countries, customers adapt to the foreign culture very first and that is why I got along with them. Lesson upon the cultures of the foreign country is that there is more of cross culture in the foreign country than in my motherland because their culture is more of adaptable.

Culture Authenticity and Marketing Communications

Market communications involves the passing of information within an organization and to customers. Market communication involves marketing mix and marketing promotion. In reality the business deals with direct market, graphical designing, packaging, publicity, sponsorship, brand language, practices the phenomena of marketing communication.

Communication in a Cultural Diverse Situation

In any business environment, it is mandatory for managers to take heed of the culture present so that they can know one way to correct if not controlling the situation. Therefore, there are several ways to tackle the above phenomena. Here are some principles for effective and smoother running of the business despite of the cultural barriers. However, some of the factors are as below; respecting the other cultures even if they may portray some kind of disrespect. In addition, aspect of the appreciation, this aspect holds a good unifying degree where any person however unsocial he may be, if he gets good appreciation, this will completely neutralize the gap of getting along. Lastly, another crucial aspect is being adaptive. Here, this aspect aids the managers to be flexible in associating with any person anywhere globally. In reality, when a person gets a good adaptive features he, or she can associate with any person in the planet ad further get along with him or her.

Globalization vs. Adaptation approaches in marketing

Market globalization is the ability of promoting and selling of services as well as goods globally with an increasing independence. This makes a country to have no boundary, without state, or any political hindrance during the transaction period. This is geared with the help of the internet technology in place as well as the cultural tool. Thus, the above phenomenon is controlled with proper understanding of the customer since the customers are the most determinant factor in any business arena. In most cases, the manager makes a good and profound research pertaining the price, promotion and the focused place towards a certain country. It is advisable for firms to have high adaptive capability in order to suit in the foreign market easily. This will change if not expand the territory of a firm during business processes. Precisely, a more flexible firm on the above phenomena will automatically make the necessary profit, sale their name as well as exploring any opportunity that comes with the exchange of the culture.

Summary

Primarily business is a more interactive activity where the more one interacts the more he or she makes a considerable amount of profit, hence the growth of the business. Therefore, managers should learn on how to embrace technology as well as culture of societies in order to fasten the peak of the business. The above is accompanied with total research of various markets and interaction to get a framework of the customer’s culture. To add on that, managers should have the necessary skills so that during the market search, they should embrace features like the adaptively, apologetic as well as forgiveness.

Lastly, it is pertinent for managers to work closely with the customers who have the notion of   learning their interest of the products in the market. Another factor that managers should get to know is the cultural differences. Here, culture is one of the key factors in promoting the product in the market. Certain product can be sold due to the favor it has to the market framework, therefore, it is mandatory for firms to produce a product that suits the culture of the potential buyers.
