Essay

In today’s business environment, much priority has been a placed on customer interaction and satisfaction. In the business industry that is continually being expanded and changed due to globalization, businesses need to take another approach to management, and a system that focuses on the customer. Customer integration is a system in which helps to improve service productivity, by integrating business operations into a better service delivery and development. Customer integration can comprehend what customers need and consequently ensure that new items created as needs be will fulfill the business. In the meantime, clients constitute a dependable purchaser potential. Furthermore, early client combination minimizes the danger of a change must be made later to meet clients’ wishes and likewise keeps the build in expenses and the decrease of benefits that a deferred business sector presentation causes.

Customer integration has been seen as part of three-part management system in which focuses on the factors of customer-centrality, alignment, and agility where businesses must quickly adapt to changing customer demands, and market conditions. (Moeller, 2008) Customer integration is not an easy feat for any business in today’s industry in which customer demand is rapidly shifting, and externally influenced by technology, such as through social platforms, and economic changes. According to research, “integration out to be consolidated by learning and optimization processes in the company, processes initiated by the customer during service development and service delivery (Reuter, 2010). While much focus on the advantages of customer integration, there are a few drawbacks that includes a loss of knowing what to do when the business is introduced to unwelcomed factors and dependency on customers. While these drawbacks cannot overshadow all the positive factors of improving customer relations, is -customer integration worth implementing in global companies business strategies?
