Death and the Value of Evilness, Essay Example

Pages: 1

Words: 279

Essay

Life is good, death is the end of life and therefore, death is the opposite of life; thus death is evil as opposed to the goodness of life. This philosophy about death has become common trend of belief among human individuals in general. Relatively though, the debate over its factual value is being given full attention to especially in terms of developing a common trend of understanding among the members of the society. Practically, since death is the end of everything, it could be realized that it is viewed as the end of everything good that could be realized by human individuals.

Nevertheless, with the current situations the world has to deal with, it could be noted that life in itself is not all goodness in nature. Hence, people begin to understand that the real value of life has changed through time. At some point, the badness that occurs among the people outrun the goodness in life; as a result, only a few among the individuals in the world actually view life as somewhat good in an overall context. Practically, people have become more accustomed to seeing life differently. It is because of this reasoning that death has become rather a common sense of release from all the different challenges and hardships that life itself offers. Hence, as a result, the view about death has already changed over time and somewhat its evilness has diminished, that it has been accepted as one of the best things in life. The end of it all seems to be the best release out from the challenges that life offers. The philosophy about life has completely changed thus changing the view over death accordingly.
