  • Conflicts among citizens: some people may be more willing to have modernized communities

Porters Five Forces

Following are the reflection of porter’s five forces of our concerned firm. The total donation is counted as $2500 for the fiscal year 2014-2015.They has a lot of service providers for construction works, historic building assessment and evaluation, and new location consultation, etc. We gain leverage as we have options to substitute providers.  However, in terms of service such as relocate old houses, we lose leverage as they are critical to our projects. Existed organizations have valuable networks: The Next has partnership with City of Long Beach, Taco Bell, etc. If the partners decide to cooperate with famous organizations, it will cost them high substitution fee because those organization usually have higher operation cost than the nonprofit Next. The Next is a new organization and hasn’t gained too much reputation.
