Evaluation
It was the year 2013 when the emergence of the disease Ebola Virus Disease was first coined by the World Health Organization. It has been first understood that the outbreak started in Guinea which is in Western Africa. This region is seen to have become most prone to the disease because of the close existence of wild animals with human communities surrounding the area. The spread of the disease to neighboring countries was likely fast enough to make a connection on how the situation has affected other countries as well. The supposed spread of the disease was made possible due to the migration of birds and other animals as well as humans who transfer or travel from one country to another.
Person
Individuals most prone to incurring the ebola virus disease are the ones found to be working closely with animals as well as those who are prone to travelling. Since the passing of the disease is through direct contact with the host, these individuals [both animals and humans] who are affected by the virus needs to be immediately quarantined for observation within the first twenty four to forty eight hours from the onset of the first symptom.
Place
The virus was first found existing in Guinea, Africa. It later on spread to Liberia and Sierra Leone; from these points, the virus pushes forward and makes a definite turn on how the said disease spread among individuals coming from such regions going out to Asia and Western America. Some regions of Europe was also reported to have had some medical reports on the ailment and have specifically been examined to have specific symptoms showing that the area has been penetrated by the disease as well; however, the situation was contained at a better pace due to the knowledgeable background they have on the matter and the quick response system they have established especially in the immigration area.
Time
The outbreak lasted from the year 2013 towards the year 2014 and was contained accordingly. Another onset of the health issue emerged later on but was briefly contained because of the preparedness that the medical personnel have gained especially in relation to the first entrant of the disease in the human community.
Data Source Appraisal
To collect ample data to determine the actual situation that has bounded the society during the first onset of the disease towards its distinct maturity, it might be helpful to collect information from available online datasets that show how many individuals were affected by the ailment, how many of them recovered as well as how many were not able to survive the situation. Most likely, it could be understood that somehow, the outbreak in Africa makes a definite insistence on how the matter started. The point of cessation of the social medical case could be given attention to through the use of updated data from primary resources such as the World Health Organization. There are also some independent healthcare agencies that keep records of such social occurrence. Such supplementary reference could best help in establishing the real situation and how it was particularly dealt with by medical experts who were given the opportunity to resolve the problem accordingly.
