Pages: 4

Words: 1035

Essay

The article written by Dawn Hendricks (2009) specifically gives attention to how employment among individuals with ASD is pursued to become a part of the most important campaign towards developing a better sense of understanding how employment culture improves through time especially based on the different changes in the society and how the people are being fully assisted in becoming more concerned on how individuals in the society are able to understand the way they are to benefit from the operations that are happening in the world at present. Through a qualitative study, this research tries to identify well with what ASD employees are given as conditional support to their health situation. Practically, these changes are affecting the overall culture of employment through time. For instance, the psychological realization on the different behavioral issues that people have to deal with gives a distinct mark among sociologists as they open up the opportunities for individuals around the globe to be understood fully especially regarding their strengths and weaknesses and how they are likely going to be able to perform fully especially when it comes determining the way they are supposed to complete their tasks at work.

The study gives high consideration to individuals with ASD or Autism Spectrum Disorder. This particular disorder makes it hard for individuals to perform fully especially when it comes to dealing with complicated responsibilities. Accordingly, this article was able to provide a definite form of explanation on how individuals with ASD are given a better sense of control on their situation especially in relation to their limitations. Giving attention to this matter has provided the researchers a chance to identify well with what modern industries need from the employees and how even the disabled individuals could respond to such requirement. Overall, it could be noted that modern industries become more concerned on how individuals in the society and their need for a proper source of income and employment becomes is practically given attention to. With such responsibility of organizations given particular support, the correlation of development between organizations and the society become fully dependent on how the needs of the less fortunate individuals receive ample attention. This material helps well in providing information need for the research that is most likely dependent in assuring the capacity of the organizations to give what the members of the society need, amidst the possible differences they may have against each other as well as with the weaknesses that each individual pose basing from the operative manner by which they function.

The second article written by Anne Marie Francesco and Milton Hakel (1981) deals with the presentation of how gender issues have become a huge source of complication in employment during the past decades in history through the use of quantitative study. It could be understood that it is through this complication that the measurement of how men and women are separately given attention to during the point of screening for employment. Relatively, this discussion allows for the presentation on how women and men are treated differently especially based on what they are able to offer to the business as part of the organization.

Notably, this study deals with the assumption of how employment among men and women differ through time. Since the study was completed in 1981, it still did not consider the fact that the advancements at present do create a massive difference on how men and women are identified alongside their capacities and not merely because of their gender category. Practically, it could be realized that the research provides a real vision of how gender issues are defined according to the needs of the industries for the services of individuals based on their capacities and skills and not necessarily based on their gender capacities.

This material redefines the path of the research towards improving how employment issues have been resolved and yet are still being dealt with at present.  Practically, this research improves the idea behind better understanding of how employment becomes a central consideration among sociologists and industrial experts as the world enters a new mode of developing a better option of employment for all individuals regardless of their gender making it easier for everyone to take an equal option of attaining the position that they deserve to be employed in.

The third article, a quantitative-based study, is written by Koeske and Krowinski (2004) which deals strongly on the being of the employees one-by-one. Understandably, it could be realized through this research that gender diversity and gender issues are among the most common points of failure that companies are usually being measured on. This study intends to help in determining how issues of diversity and personal differences among employees does cause the manipulation of what is intended to be viewed as particularly common in the work-industry.

Relatively, people have become more concerned about how they are to increase their capacity in improving options of development especially when it comes to securing a working position that they deserve to be paid for. Understandably, the researchers of this study intend to improve the way business operators see the importance of seeing the balance between diversity among employees and the concept o relative connection that each worker has with the other. Notably, this material would help well with the idea of improving how the current research aims to provide a determinable foundation by which working options are improved for the sake of creating better options of work for people coming from different backgrounds and different points of diversity thus allowing the society a chance to improve further especially for the sake of alleviating the lifestyle or the capacity of the people to get the right employment option that basically integrates well with the desire of becoming more effective in empowering the economic stability of the society the people are given the proper backbone to function with god work capacities.
