Division of Labor, Essay Example

In defining the economic system that governs the world today, it could be understood that labor and human power are two among the many things that need determinable management. Relatively, the human power that is used to empower the machine of function in the economy insists on the capacity of improving how the overall economic system works. Without the human force, nothing else would likely develop. Humans are the ones who are intending to create a directive change in the way the economic systems work. Their capacity to perform determines the overall context of development that the world needs in order to support the goals they have towards global growth.

The need to divide labor is consistent with the need to support the balance that is required for a particular unit to work. There would be no possible function for the upper-hand workers if the lower-hand operators are not able to give attention to their duties. It could be realized that the concept of economic growth depends on such balance from the upper and lower tier of workers. Noticeably, the need to have a distinct course of indication on where a specific group of individuals would be situated depending on the economic role they are to take is a necessary concept of modern economy. Personally, I have realized this need as I entered as a rank-in-file employee in a company where I took my first OJT. I found out that learning through time and becoming more involved in the work amidst the supposed low-definition of my role in the company helped me in creating a more workable environment for all and cooperating further to support the company’s growth as desired.  The work of each employee, no matter what tier or ranking it belongs to, should be highly valued by the administrators as this division of labor is what supports the balance that is needed by the organization to grow.
