• Intends to see to it that the administrators of involved sectors in the society would have better control of the situation thus allowing them to become more aware on how they could help in alleviating the causes and the impending results of the problem

Implementation of policy among institutions should be according to their own needs.

1. Administrators should have a firsthand control on the situation thus making it easier for them to draft the policies needed by the public to gain victory over the condition of health among people they are engaged with.
2. Parents, teachers and community leaders all share a relative role in making sure that the policy is followed accordingly and its sanctions are applied for the community’s best benefits.
