Introduction

The difference between one school district and another in terms of quality is frequently the number and quality of ideas being generated by employees. There is a need for the encouragement of the employees towards the improvement of the schools. This is achieved through the clarification of the course of direction as well as the priorities for the purpose of the improvement of the entire school. There is a need to keep the employees focused on the results that are highly desired together with the collective goals of the entire group. In addition the role of meeting the challenges as well as the concerns on a head on manner should be advocated for (Anne, 124-7).

The Issue of Support Is Very Crucial In This Case

The school should be in a position of promoting an environment of work that is supportive as well as caring for the employees. This is accompanied by conveying the appreciation for the contribution of the employees. They should also be treated with courtesy as well as respect. The school should also be sensitive to the requirements as well as the concerns of the employees. Thoughtfulness together with kindness should be demonstrated to the employees.

There Should Also Be a Provision for Learning for the Employees

This will facilitate that the employees are constantly exposed to new ideas for the purpose of efficiency in addressing the problems as well as issues affecting the school. Dialog as well as debate should be advocated for in the process of setting the priorities for the purpose of the improvement of the school. The employees should be encouraged to share experience among them (Trump, 23-44).

The Promotion of Humility Is Yet Another Important Technique

School-related success should be attributed to others as well as good luck. The appreciation that the employees may not answer to all the problems affecting the school is also an expression of humility. The implementation of the laid down plans as well as the actions should be monitored very closely. There is also a need for the accountability of the employees with regard to the decisions as well as standards associated with performance.
