Essay

Organizational design pertains to the management of the regulation of processes and regulations which compose and administrate employee conduct and affect organizational skills. The application of organizational design can differ from being particular and inflexible to having a more resilient perspective. The two perspectives are functional. The resilient approach enables the organization to demonstrate more flexibility and independence to its workers, which facilitates increased creativity, while a more inflexible perspective provides increased efficiency and more homogeneous systems. It is of great significance that the training programs of an organization are planned in agreement with the organizational perspective. In the circumstance that the organization is established toward motivating free thinking and creativity, this characteristic should be introduced in the training program (Blanchard & Thacker, 2010; Mansfield, 2013). .

Decision Independence

The decision independence engages the amount of autonomy that is delegated to the workers in fulfilling their assigned tasks with respect to organizational processes and goals. Certain organizations enable an elevated amount of liberty with regards to decisions toward the activities of their workers.  The organization which enables the worker to be incorporated in the decision making process derives advantage from the inclusion of incorporating training with regards to efficacy and product decision making. The organizations which are reliant on coordinated decision making should direct attention on supplying training which facilitates confidence and communication between the administration and the worker. The worker should be trained in accordance with the value system of the organization (Blanchard & Thacker, 2010; Mansfield, 2013).

Division of Labor

As an organization’s procedures evolve around their capacity of maintaining themselves and their financial well-being, a number of organizations have also adapted in this respect of establishing that their work departments are separated and implemented. Specific organizations separate their labor functions based on location, other organizations separate their labor functions on the goods or products which are receiving service and the majority of the organizations separate the workers from the management. The organization should conduct its training activities with this aspect in mind (Blanchard & Thacker, 2010; Mansfield, 2013).
