The individual program’s participant perspective on the objective dedicated to supporting the financial needs of the participants through giving them on-hand financing assistance and giving them a source of income are directed towards giving the participants a sense of financial stability. It also does impact the way the whole program is accustomed to the needs of each person involved in the program. In this case, the perspective could be notably directed to creating productive procedures that are specifically designed to assist the participants become more stabilized especially in the process of determining their course of financial freedom. On the other hand, the funding source’s perspective could be a lot more different since it would involve business owners who would be willing to take in pregnant teens to become a part of their working team and probably absorb the said workers even after they have been able to deliver their babies.

Although the motivation of these organizations are pure and their intentions are purposeful; it could be understood that there will always be the profit-defined side of their goal. While they are willing to help, they are also in need of making sure that their business would not be in jeopardy especially at the point of releasing and accepting pregnant moms into their teams. The willingness of these organizations to really provide the needed support for these individuals is then considerably vital to this project. This particular fact shall direct the cost efficiency evaluation of the program to weighing what pregnant teen-workers could limitedly work and what would such limited work mean to the organizations they are to be enjoined with.

This difference of perspective requires the need to specifically determine the condition of benefit that the program would be able to provide the teen moms and the organizations to which they are to work for. It is important that both parties receive benefits from each other and not just the pregnant teens simply getting assisted from the program’s basic structure. The evaluation of the program’s cost-efficiency based on this matter should then create a balanced distinction based on how much the business organizations are willing to go out their way to support the needs of these young mothers-to-be.

What constitutes the overall system is the fact that the business alliances to be chosen and asked to be part of this particular aspect of the program are expected to have special concerns and considerations on the issue and situation being undergone by the young mothers. This concern would basically motivate them to create an allocated system of work that would be both practical and workable for pregnant teens. Setting them for better positions at work after they have already given birth could be considered part of the option of working.

Other benefits for the organization should be assured. Making sure that their values for business and profit do not get set aside is very important in line with this specific course of the intervention. Making sure of this matter would allow the business organizations and the participants to work well without tension, pressure or an unreasonable expectations from each other.

Starting with Step 2, clearly list the various steps (and sub-steps) that you would take when doing a retrospective cost-benefit analysis with Your Intervention using the funding sources’ perspective. Under each step, discuss how you would go about doing it (it’s called “applying the procedure” in the book). Be specific to Your Intervention. No generalizations allowed under any circumstances.

To make sure that the cost that the organizations would risk for this particular aspect of the program would be worth their business’ while, it is important to examine what the pregnant teens could do; what services they might be able to offer amidst the limitations they may have as women carrying their child. Likely, it is expected that such risk would make the businesses become more cautious especially in relation to giving these teens some hard-to-complete tasks.

Once their capabilities to work are noted down, presenting such activities allowed for completion among these teen moms would be the second step. It is essential that the organizations to be involved in the process would be able to recognize the position that they are taking in relation to this agreement. Once a solid agreement is considered, a written contract is to be formed. This contract is not to created to chain down the organization into the situation, but to make sure that everything is clear regarding the assistance that they are willing to give the participants of the program. Supposedly, they are also considered to take the responsibility of making sure that their organizations would have a special program that would absorb in good performing participants into their system of operation once they have been able to deliver their babies.

What Pregnant Teens could Provide Reasonable Expectations from Supporting Organizations
Can work at least four hours a day doing non-physical work [such as]:

Craft making

Computer-related work such as encoding

Teaching tasks or tutoring

Telemarketing

Etc

 

Since the participants are pregnant, they might not be able to take on hard to complete tasks. Due to this, organizations must be reasonable enough to give them a time limit of four hours a day to work or at least four hours per shift when they might be able to work as efficient as possible.

This table indicates the capacity of each participant to provide what the organizations they are working for might need from them. The time-limit of four hours at work would allow them to focus on their job and minimize points of anxiety and depression that might affect their work culture and the quality of performance which is observed to be common among teens and pregnant women in an overall context. The four-hour limit intends to protect the values for business that the organizations involved are dedicated to.

Likely, the benefits of the organizations who are to support the participants during pregnancy is based on abstract values such as gaining better reputation in the market and increasing public acceptability. Notably though, the organizations could later on gain better results from their workers once they have already given birth  and return to work with full competence and inspiration to work their way to success.
