Assessment of DISC Profile

Jing Huang

Jing Huang assessment has good comments about my personality, he find me as a serious, concerned, factual, loyal and steady man. These comments are surprising comments for me because one can never be a perfect man like he assessed me. Everyone has a few things that are unbearable for others like: anger, forgetfulness and self generated fashions. I always use different characteristics to look distinguish. Many people have showed their concerned about my fashion. Often times, Jing Haung has also expressed narrow thoughts about this habit. So, what I have analyzed about his marked characteristics is that he has just hidden the real facts as a courtesy, for not embarrassing me, in front of me.

Yuanhan Wang

Wang has examined me as an outgoing person, with aggressive, competitive, patient and independent of my characteristics. Somehow, he has some true facts in his statement. On the question of aggression, yes I am aggressive but when someone challenge me about any task at that time I show aggressiveness but not all the time. On this point his opinions is based on biasness. It could be possible that he does not understand my nature, after spending a massive time with me or he is trying to hide the facts, maybe he has not courage to give me exact assessment because he has shown his inability to face me as observing me an aggressive person. On the other hand, he has also presented some of my weakness, like I am impatient and demanding. In some context, he is right. One can never hide his / her weakness in front of others. He has marked me right. On some occasions, I have showed impatient due to my tight frame but one can’t pass both kinds of statements at the same time. So, it is possible that he was confused to make an exact assessment about me.

Shuhao Liu

Liu is a new friend, who do not have enough information about me but he has assessed me also as an outgoing man, emotional, popular, relaxed, friendly and enthusiastic. His opinion is totally based on exaggerated thoughts because I just met him very few times. He has just tried to annoy me.

Contrast of Assessments

These three men have almost different thoughts about me but Wang’s statement was confused but in his starting points, his assessment was more than 80% was correct. He has also counted my weakness with strengths but contrasting facts are impatient and demanding. One can prefer a statement about him when he has both sides of coins. Wang is a person, who knows me very well and I also admit him my good friend. He has spent huge time with me; we both have travelled along with another. So, his contrasting assessment is more solid than others.

Effects and Improvement in my EQ Strength

Emotional Intelligence Assessment is based on Emotional Awareness, Emotional Management, Social Emotional Awareness and Relationship Management. One can assess his or her personality test by answering this portion’s question. A person, who has week side in these parts, can also improve his or her weakness into strength.

One person’s weakest side is to affect others with his emotions. When a person show his emotions for example in form of impatience, anger, self implementation of decisions it directly vibrate other people that why he / she is acting like this. This kind of weakness can dispel one person’s attitude, behavior and his personality, accordingly.

A person, who has ability to read emotions from opponent side, is an intelligent one but when he reacts in the same way, he destroys his personality. In the mean time, when this kind of person, holds the emotion and change its direction in positive way, it creates a healthy impression on his personality.

Simultaneously, showing affection towards others, making them motivated and handling them is also very important to make a person’s personality. One who feels his or her weakness in this part, also feel hurdles in making personality. Relationship management is highly recommended for a reputable personality. This kind of skills, we need in almost every part of life.

For avoiding these problems, one must have to understand other persons emotions too, react them as a trustworthy person, give them trust, win their heart and share your opinion, softly, by understanding their will. Show affection, share deep feelings, motivate other, show them that your are a fair cheerful person, help people, win hearts, make friends and make them believe that if they fall you can rise them. It will make a person social and fun that a good personality needs.
