Introduction

Encouraging citizen to visit primary health care providers would mean that the government takes into consideration a number of issues. Health care reform is tasking and must be well balanced to encourage accessibility. Access to affordable primary health care is of vital importance; however, financing it can put massive pressure on government budgets. Fortunately, there are a number of modification options available to nations that face those strains or seek to shun them in the future (International Monetary Fund, 2010). Distribution of the health care centers and affordability aspects are fundamental factors the government can use to encourage people to visit these primary healthcares. In addition, educating citizen on the importance of visiting health care to help in prevention of some diseases is another factor. A national program or initiative to improve and promote the health, and well-being of young ones and adults would encourage frequent visitation to these primary health care providers.

Experience in sophisticated economies shows that an amalgamation of tighter financial plan controls, and efficiency-fostering reforms of primary health care systems; this can assist preserve access to quality health care, while putting public spending in check. In developing economies, improving effectiveness is also significant; however, some can afford extra increases in community spending. All nations and states should ensure equitable access to essential health care services and finance more efficiently on public health. Better emphasis on preventive care could also assist to slow the growth of health care expenditure (Dale, 2005). Health is interfered with by factors other than public health spending, including personal habits and individuals’ income. Governments can play an essential role in encouraging good health behavior by encouraging people to use alcohol in moderation, impede smoking, exercise more, eat better, and drive carefully.

Conclusion

Primary healthcare providers are important in development of each individual since they get to know initial health conditions of one and can advise accordingly. Government assisting the community to have affordable health care providers would encourage visitation (Regalado & Halfon, 2001).
