Here, the nursing practice include direct care incorporated with the patients panel needs, a population that is targeted and broad community as well as a set of population. Here, it is worth to note that health care policies whether created by the actions of the government, decision making in institutions or organizational standards still creates a facilitating framework. In addition, the above impedes the ability of a health care in delivering the services and so providers are persuaded to engage in addressing health care practices. Nursing leadership and management roles are prominent
