Florida Atlantic University (FAU) displays a graduate brochure on its web site. The graphic on its front page is very informative to students desirous of attending the University. The University’s logo is prominently placed at the top middle of the document below, with the inscription Graduate College.  Colorful portraits in the brochure inspire students viewing the information. The learning activities inside are very helpful to graduate students  understanding the value of their school.

The second page displays the table of contents. Seventeen (17) items are listed on the table of contents. These items succinctly provide information regarding the University goals. Page three (3) shows colleges and degree programs listed in alphabetical order. Pictures of students accompany the display of colleges. Colleges include engineering and computer science (Florida Atlantic University, 2015).

Pages coming immediately after provide information pertaining to research centers. A student highlight is captured with the student’s photograph and members of the research Center’s team. Campus locations become the next interesting piece of information that grasps the reader’s attention. Various campus locations are shown giving graduate students a picturesque interpretation of the university’s environment (Florida Atlantic University, 2015).

Information in what you did not know section was followed by Graduate education program highlights. Importantly, information pertaining to obtaining a Masters’ degree within a year and earning it while pursuing a doctorate as well. This brochure carries excellent news that is beneficial to students keeping them updated with campus activities. Admissions requirements and contact information are given in the final pages of the brochure. Graduate students communication with other students and academic staff through workshop sessions (Florida Atlantic University, 2015).
