  • Budget Committee Meeting to be held on December 12, 2008, at 9:30 a.m.
  • Meeting will be called to order formally commence meeting.
  • Real estate director’s report: A closer look at cost overruns on Greentree site. This will be used as a guide on how to prevent overruns for our company.
  • The finance director will give reports on actual quarterly and annual anticipated gains for the upcoming year as related to research provided by the research department.
  • The group will review and approve the minutes from last quarter’s meeting.
  • I will distribute copies of such results and give discussions on anticipated plans on future gains and losses for the company based on anticipated budgets.
  • There will be a full fledged discussion of how can we do a better job of anticipating and preventing cost overruns with relation to the data gained from the Greentree site.
  • Meeting will take place in Conference Room 3, with WebEx active for remote employees. Remote access will enable the entire team to gather live without loss of communication and collaborative union to all.
  • Additional budget issues will be discussed at the meeting and open on the floor.
  • We anticipate some additional budget issues to be discussed such as funding to the project, time to implement such plan and how other issues may be affected with such focus being attributed to this issue. No other issue will suffer. We have other team members working solely on the other projects and not focusing on this issue.
